Child Safety & Protection Standards

1. Scope & Commitment

This Child Safety & Protection Policy applies globally to all users, creators, staff, and services under the Ghury platform, including our Android and iOS mobile applications, website (ghury.com), feeds, messaging, streaming, videos, marketplace, and AI content studios.

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, trustworthy digital environment where minors and families can interact without threat of predation, exploitation, or emotional and physical harm.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities result in immediate account termination, evidence preservation, and referral to criminal law enforcement authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual, audio, or animated depictions of sexual abuse or exploitation involving anyone under the age of 18.
• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Facilitating, soliciting, encouraging, or promoting commercial sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Online Child Grooming: Initiating, encouraging, or maintaining manipulative contact with minors to facilitate future sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sextortion & Coercion: Blackmailing, threatening, or coercing minors into providing sexual material, money, or personal favors.
• Sexualized Content Involving Minors: Sharing, generating, or distributing provocative or sexualized text, imagery, or digital art representing minors.
• Underage Trafficking: Any attempt to buy, sell, or transport minors for forced labor, sexual exploitation, or illegal activities.

4. Law Enforcement & Mandatory Reporting (NCMEC)

In full adherence to national and international child protection legislation, including United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and Bangladesh digital child safety laws:

• NCMEC Reporting: All identified instances of CSAM or CSAE are promptly reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the automated CyberTipline with forensic telemetry (timestamps, IP addresses, device identifiers, and content hashes).
• Law Enforcement Referral: We report child safety violations to local law enforcement agencies, including the Bangladesh Police Cyber Crime Investigation Division, CID, and international judicial authorities (INTERPOL) where appropriate.
• Evidence Preservation: When child exploitation is detected, account records, communication trails, and digital evidence are securely preserved in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements to aid prosecution.

6. Minor Safeguards & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on Ghury, users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age for social media consent in their jurisdiction). We enforce the following structural protections:

• Privacy by Default: Personal contact numbers, exact home addresses, and educational institution locations for minor users are strictly shielded from unapproved public visibility.
• Safe Messaging Filters: Unsolicited media attachments and links from unverified accounts to minors are automatically screened and filtered.
• Parental Inquiries & Deletion: Parents and legal guardians can request the inspection, suspension, or complete deletion of their minor child's account data at any time via our Data Deletion Portal or by contacting our Child Safety Officer.
